Prior to working at Professional Hearing and Speech Center, I have been fortunate to have been employed at two large teaching hospitals. I began my career at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York and had the opportunity to work with a varied caseload of both in and out patients (infants through geriatrics) with a large diversity of medical and audiological conditions.

My work at Staten Island University Hospital furthered diversified my experiences with pediatric testing, electrophysiological testing and fitting hearing aids. Additional responsibilities at this site included maintenance of the ototoxic hearing screening monitoring program for in patients and neonatal hearing screenings, a challenging, yet, rewarding experience.

Although most of my prior experience is hospital based, I did hold a brief position in academia where I was a Supervisor of Clinical Services at the Brooklyn College Speech and Hearing Center, supervising audiological testing for incoming first semester graduate students in audiology and running their hearing aid dispensary for mostly adult clients.

On a personal note, I live in Marlboro, New Jersey, I am married and have two daughters and one son.

From an early age I always wanted to work with children. Once I started studying speech pathology I knew helping children communicate was the direction I wanted to follow. From the first therapy session in a school for emotionally disturbed & multiply handicapped children to ultimately working with a variety of kids in the private practice setting it has been an honor to work with every child I have encountered. Witnessing a child say his first word after being silent for so long, is a privilege I'm glad I have been given.

I have been a Monmouth County resident for 20 years.  I am married with two beautiful sons.  When I am not working I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.
