It is very difficult for us to put into words all that you have done for our son. He began seeing Amy 3 ½ years ago. While we have always been positive we have also been realistic. Our goal at this time was for him to be able to say his name so he could make friends.

Not only has Amy helped him to effectively communicate she has also been a strong force in his educational development. He has succeeded beyond our expectations. Dear Amy,

I just had to let you know how important you are to our whole family. A twist of fate brought you and out daughter together and the progress she has made is amazing. Remember when she had trouble forming a sentence? Now she is reading, writing, and comprehending essays!

As a parent, this is the scariest and most frustrating challenge I have had to deal with. You have always been the voice of reason and the one I have relied upon for the most thought out advice.

A mere competent therapist is someone I will never be searching for. I know you meet all our daughter’s needs. I have watched for years how you go to great lengths to mold prepared therapies around her instead of making her conform to someone else’s program

You always are able to see the world as Christina does and know what modifications need to be made so she gets the most out of her situation. In addition, you are very good at explaining how Christie takes things differently and what makes her tick.

We have been thru the speech therapy at her public school, to the eye doctor for both corrective lens and vision therapy, and to a neuro-developmental Pediatrician but nobody has been better able to understand and get to the root of Christina’s difficulties as you have. You are always able to stay on the path that Christina progresses on and you can envision the final product and how Christina will improve and compensate for areas she struggles with.
